Star Wars Shatterpoint Tournament [May 30, 2026]

Rebellions Are Built on Hope

Lunch: Food for this event is sold separately. There's no outside food in our venue, but you are encouraged to place a "Fast Pass" Lunch order. To help ensure everyone gets their food quickly during lunch break, we are offering these 3 items as a “FAST PASS”. Select one or multiple items below, pay in advance before the start of the tournament, or at least 1 full round of games prior to the lunch break, and we will have your lunch ready for you!

If you choose not to use the “FAST PASS” menu, or did not submit it in time, you may still purchase off the regular menu at lunch, and have your meal prepared at that time.

Format: This will be a Standard Timeline, Premier Showdown events use Swiss Rounds for pairing and are played until a winner is determined. Players are ranked based on their games played and their final standings. It shall be in line with current rules, errata, FAQ, Banned and Restricted List.

Games aim to be  2 Hours total. 1:30min regulation. 30min Mission critical if needed

Please note that while Torchlight makes every effort to carry new models in stock, circumstances may dictate limiting the use of characters not available through official distribution in Ontario.

Tournament Official: Trevor Bergmanis

Schedule:

9:15 Opening Ceremonies & First Round Pairings

22:00- Venue Closes

Prizing: Tournament organizers will attempt to award no more than one prize per winner, however exceptions may occur depending on the award.

Longshanks: This Tournament will use the website Longshanks.org to track standings during the event. Players are strongly encouraged to pre register before the start of the event. https://shatterpoint.longshanks.org/event/32968/

Rule of Thumb: Have fun! Please treat each other, staff members, and organizers with respect. While this is a competitive format with prizing, we are also here for a good time (and hopefully good stories). The tournament will enforce the ITC code of conduct, which can be found here.

Judging: While many rulings can be found online, there will be an active judging stance at this event. While the judge(s) will not be looking to intervene, they may step in to adjudicate disputes and help speed up rulings. Calling over a judge to help with a ruling is encouraged, and will not be held against anyone.

Timing: Tournament rounds will be 1 Hour 30 minutes with regular timing calls. A 30min Mission critical happens if needed. The Afternoon Schedule may advance if no Mission critical additions are needed, thus ending the day a bit earlier than scheduled.

Podium Placings: Prizing for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place; additional prizes may be distributed depending on attendance. Places are determined by the greatest number of wins with Strength of Schedule as the next placings metric. Other tiebreakers may be used past that to determine rankings.

Best Painted: Players may enter their model(s) for a painting prize. A judge(s) may decide a winner for "Best painted" and other creative prizes.

Random Draw: Random prize(s) for those who did not get another prize listed above.

Painting: Fully painted rosters are strongly encouraged but not required. Players using a fully painted roster may be entered to win additional prizes.

Conversions: All models must be clearly identifiable as their respective characters. Converted models are admissible, provided they are similar in size and shape to the original (ie. a head swap). All models MUST be on an official AMG base of their intended base size. If in doubt ask a judge about the model in question before the event/round.

Print and Play Policy: We allow the use of AMG supplied Print to Play Resources.

This is a living document and subject to change at the Tournament Organizer's discretion.
